We have sincerely missed seeing the faces of friends and family who we typically Welcome Home each year. Join us as we dip our toes into praying, laughing, celebrating, and fundraising through the screen. If you have been trying to get family and friends out to the Farm but haven’t quite convinced them yet, this is a great way to introduce them to Bethlehem Farm and our mission without the long drive to Chicago.

We have set a $25,000 fundraising goal for the Winter Benefit. We thank you in advance for helping us to reach that goal, and we're excited to tell you that the Board and Caretakers have put together $7,500 in matching funds that we can utilize to match your donations or pledges during the live event. Any pledges to initiate or increase monthly giving will unlock matching equal to the amount to be received in the next year.

Please think about which breakout room you plan to attend. During the mingle, if you wish to switch rooms, please send a message in the chat directly to the Farm with the room you would like to move to.

Feel free to ask questions aloud or in the chat, introduce yourself, or hang back and observe. Turning your camera on is encouraged! Rename yourself to include your Farm affiliation (Caretaker, Summer Servant, Volunteer, Board Member, etc.) if you wish.

Room 1: History, Mission, and Vision of Bethlehem Farm with Eric Fitts
If you have never been to the Farm or you're interested in a refresher on the Farm's roots, what drives us, and where we are headed, this breakout is recommended! 

Room 2: Music and Sing Along with Brent Fernandez 
Bring your instruments, including your voice! In room 2 you can join former Caretaker Brent to virtually gather around our campfire and raise your voices and instruments in song. 

Room 3: Living the Cornerstones with Summer Servant Miranda

Missing the Farm while you're away? Summer Servant Miranda will lead a group discussion and brainstorm ideas about how to live out the Cornerstones while living off the Farm.

Room 4: BFarm Storytelling with Bryan Melcher

When you hear the name "Bethlehem Farm," do you instantly smile and think of a silly memory chopping wood, reminisce about a chat you had with a homeowner, or remember your favorite "review of the day" from years ago? Pop in here to share your stories and hear others from the group!

Our auction will close at set intervals during the night to allow you, our bidders, to maximize your bidding power. In the titles of our items, you can see which "Table" each item will close with, specified by the letter A, B, C, or D. We will be reminding you throughout the night when a table closure is approaching. We will not close an item when there are active bidders (within about 3 minutes of the set closure time). 

Table D: closes at 8:50 pm ET
Table C: closes at 9:05 pm ET
Table B: closes at 9:25 pm ET
Table A: closes at 9:40 pm ET
